I have no problem with reaching out and seeing if there are more tangible facts.

But I do want to make sure that people here understand that I am doing this from my heart.

If there are people here who think I will report "shattering" news then I suggest they look for other people.

Whatever I provide here is what I provide. I am getting the information for me but am more than happy to share.

With that said I already have the answer. However, I am waiting on the documented reports in the coming days.

This is what my contact said word for word in an email.

"All I see is that this company has submitted a request to declare insolvency at the court in Haifa as you said - this seems to be some kind of step before a bankruptcy case or perhaps some kind alternative process to rehabilitate the company back to solvency.

In any case there is not much information available. Just court dates and times is all."

Once I get another email, then I will further investigate with them. I also will try and get updates.

Again, I hope people understand I am not doing this for any other reason than for simple conversations here. That is all.

I have also put out a call to someone else. As I am interested in something.

That's basically it. Nothing special. But interesting none the less.
