They filed the periodic reports for both Rushnet, Inc. and Rush Merger Sub, Inc. on 1/24, yesterday, therefore other than the missed date, the company was in good standing, so your correct billy, nothing has changed.

Yes, it's a small thing, but we've always paid attention it. So those are the facts.

Long way to go with financials, but I'm sure they are starting to work on things.
