We have to understand the environment politically. Certain industries were shifting. That included the power industry. Deregulations on coal and other nonrenewable fuels the past 4 years. All of this factored in. The changing political arena also put emphasis on the Big Boards. Fees were attached to OTC stocks. Trading firms lowered prices and in some cases eliminated the trading fees, but only on the larger boards. This crushed the OTC. So everything went dark behind the lawsuit. Would we have gone anywhere? Good question? But I think there's renewed interest on starting those talks again with the energy industry. There's renewed interest in the OTC for several reasons. One big one, is the markets, the BIG ones, are ALL overinflated and ready for a GIANT pullback. We haven't had a bear market since 07/08, so the move to microcaps is on! All IMHO.
