actually the merger addresses none of the issues. the merger was a way for CLX to go public which they likely never needed in the first place. CLX maybe had...might still have an opportunity if they get off the pot. But PASO doesn't bring anything to the table other than a possible shell with lots of insiders ready to dump shares seemingly at first opportunity.
