Indeed, so true: Then how can the share price be right in ERHC's case!?! It's the one... or the other. One cannot have the pie and eat it too.

The share price never told anybody what is going on, and SEO is still "TRYING TO PROTECT HIS INVESTMENT IN ERHC". DESPITE the ERHC share price... I might add. There is the proof of what the ERHC share price is telling people: nothing much.
