This being a Lazar ticket (cleaning & reselling a bankrupt shell) we won't get any PR's until after it's sold to the new company. What we're watching for is updates from Clark county court on the bankruptcy process. Once that's closed, after a little while (anywhere from weeks to months) Lazar generally dumps a ton of filings all at once to bring the shell pink current on the OTC. When it's current, it's likely he has a buyer lined up, but the next thing to watch for is news of the sale to the new company (will also come with a filing on the OTC).

My experience with Lazar tickets is hold long and they'll pay off. Try to flip them & you could get burned. They can jump significantly on any day without news/updates, but they can also drop back to the long base just as quickly. Accumulate on the lows & wait for payoff.
