I think folks expect everything on the OTC is gonna happen "right now". Reality is real companies take a lot of time to get everything together. Patience really does pay. In this case I think the team here has finally got all the necessary legwork out of the way and they are finally ready to let loose on what they've been working on. They are doing it by the book and getting current before releasing news. The correct move in my book as look what TSN* managed bt following this path.

My best plays in the OTC to date have been the plays that simmer for a while and then suddenly one day all the pieces fall into place and PPS explodes. More recently look at a COU* or MIT*. This will be one of those plays.
