Check how many of those “downs” were due to stock issuance.

With $3Bn in cash they don’t need any issuance.

Only potential downer is if analysts don’t understand the one time impact of Amazon having all their warrants vest. That was great news as it implies they or lightning on their behalf have “committed” to $400m of business.

I’m checking calls Monday ahead of the business update, just can’t decide how far out to go
