I think the new rules with no precedent really tripped us up. Part of that was eliminating toxic debt which I now understand was not as straight forward as it sounds. So we were in react mode.

The toxic debt was cleared and then we went back in the queue. Some back and forth occurred which caused more delays. We have now satisfied all conditions and are now hat in hand waiting.

Rich said they were quite certain that it would happen by Dec. 31 which is why they held off on the SH letter.

I will ask for another update tomorrow if it doesn't happen.
