In regard to NDAs.
A confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement is a staple document for any and all companies in business. I have hundreds in multiple folders of my three companies. It is one of the first processes when discussion will involve business confidential or proprietary information.
They do not signify anything more than an agreement to not discuss, share, sell, or otherwise disclose one's information. They are used to discuss ideas or agreements, plans pricing rates, or to purchase software and products.
While a folder on JG's desktop can cause assumption, it really only indicates there is a folder on his desktop. If that folder has CNDAs or NDAs, it could multiple standard versions and not just the NDA many PASO shareholders believe to be a unicorn document.
