Mr. Wallach joined the Company in 2006 as a Director of the Company and, in 2007 was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Capstone Companies, Mr. Wallach was the founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Capstone Industries, which is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Capstone Companies, Inc. In 1998, Mr. Wallach co-founded Examsoft Worldwide, Inc., which developed and delivered software technology solving security challenges of laptop-based examinations for major educational institutions and state bar examiners. Mr. Wallach also formed Systematic Marketing, Inc., which was acquired by Sagaz Industries, Inc., where he served as President for ten years.

James G. McClinton - Chief Financial Officer / COO & Director
Mr. McClinton joined the Capstone Companies Inc. executive team in August 2008. Previously, he served as General Manager of Capstone Industries, eventually advancing to the role of President. Prior to joining Capstone in 2000, he spent ten years with Sagaz Industries, where he progressed through a series of promotions in finance and accounting, including Chief Financial Officer. Mr. McClinton received a designation from The Royal Institute of Cost and Management Accountants (“I.C.M.A.”), University of Northern Ireland, Belfast United Kingdom.

Larry Sloven - President Capstone International Hong Kong / President & Managing Director
Mr. Sloven joined Capstone International Hong Kong in Q3 of 2012. Mr. Sloven specializes in product development outsourcing for OEM and retail companies. Prior to joining Capstone, he was the Official Buying Agent for Dick’s sporting goods chain and Sports Authority. He also assisted in the development of a private label hardware and accessory line for Circuit City, Inc. from 2001 to 2004. In addition he has been involved with the development, manufacturing and sourcing of products for AT&T, Duracell, Rayovac, Stanley, Atari and Farrell Sports Concepts. He is widely recognized and was a former Board Member of the American Club in Hong Kong as well as being a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Jeffery Guzy - Independent Director
Mr. Guzy was appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors on May 3, 2007. Mr. Guzy has an MBA in Strategic Planning and Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania; an M.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania; a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and an Associate Degree in Theology from Georgetown University. He has served as an executive manager or consultant in international business development, sales or management in the telecommunications industry, specifically with Bell Atlantic Video Services, FaciliCom International, IBM Corp., Loral Space, RCA Corp., Sprint International and Verizon. Mr. Guzy has been working with emerging private companies and middle market public companies to market their products, improve their investor & business relations, help them find capital and develop corporate governance programs. He serves on the Board of Directors of YayYo, Inc., as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Guzy is the former president of Leatt Corporation, a worldwide provider of revolutionary protection systems for the helmeted, motor-sports industry and currently serves on their Board of Directors as Chairman of the Audit and Compensation Committees. Mr., Guzy is currently working with CoJax Oil and Gas Corporation.

Jeffrey Postal - Director
Dr. Postal has served as a director of the Company since January of 2004. Dr. Postal presently is a businessman and entrepreneur in the Miami, Florida region. Dr. Postal owns, founded or funded numerous successful businesses over the last few years, including but not limited to: Sportacular Art, a company that was licensed by the NFL, BLB and NHL to design and manufacture sports memorabilia for retail distribution in the U.S; Co-Owner of Natures Sleep, LLC, a major distributor of Visco Memory Foam mattresses, both nationally and internationally; Dr. Postal is a Partner in Social Extract, LLC, a Social Media company offering consulting services to many major companies in the U.S.; Dr. Postal is the principal investor of Postal Capital Funding, LLC, a fund whose mission is to find undervalued/under capitalized companies and extend funding to them in exchange for equity and/or capital consideration; Dr. Postal is the founder of Datastream Card Services, a company that provides innovative billing solutions to companies conducting business on the internet.
