About Andrew

Mentor, Advisor, Entrepreneur, Artist, Holder of the belief that we can do better.

I provide leadership coaching to individuals and teams, and for certain projects (see below) I take on a senior role within organizations to help them grow and align them with their global purpose.

I have 27 years of experience in senior operating roles leading high-growth companies through progressive stages of development (series A through mezzanine). In addition to serving as interim executive, advisor, and board member, I've also founded five companies for which I've raised in excess of $250 million in venture capital and returned over $1.4 billion in value.

As an alternative asset investor I've focused on investments and M&A for companies in the technology sector, with a specific focus on VoIP, large-scale, ultra-low- latency, network and communication technology. More recently my focus has been on AGI, machine learning, cybersecurity, IoT, quantum computing, and blockchain.

Early in my career, I co-founded and was CEO of IGA Worldwide, the first and largest dynamic in-game advertising company. I also co-founded and was CEO of Heliotrope Studios (sold to THQ, Inc. NASDAQ THQI), and later founded and lead Axiom8, a pioneering converged-network communications company that was instrumental in the development of the standards and protocols used today in VoIP communications, as well as video compression and VoIP to PSTN connectivity that now enable multimedia communication in large-scale environments.

I've served as a special advisor to multiple US federal agencies, congressional committees, and military leadership on issues of policy, doctrine, process, and technology toward the development of a comprehensive, national cybersecurity strategy. I've also helped establish and support public/private partnerships between the US State Department, the GSMA, multiple NGOs, and global infrastructure partners to deliver mobile broadband services to underserved populations in underdeveloped countries in East Africa, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe.
