Thank you for that. I really wish that MM and PB hadn't gone into 300 million to 1 land. I was much happier playing them at 75 million to 1 odds and $1 a ticket. Oh well...

At least the front 5 paying a million is still a realistic possibility for most of us.

To be tax free it would have to be a National Lottery with the States signing on to it and getting a proportional cut of the proceeds. (Never going to happen imo.)
