It’s a combo of things: I use OTC markets and Yahoo finance screeners (I set it to catch the stocks with good volume less than 0.01). The downside you tend to catch them after a good run.

The best scanner is to follow the famous pumpers on Twitter like Alex. I don’t do pump and dump but when they roll out their lists of stocks, I go through each,one by one ,and you almost always find solid ones in there. I have my pre set lists of what qualifies as a solid stock and if it doesn’t fall within those predetermined factors, I don’t buy.
