The ADXS/PSA as mono and combo Keytruda cannot be continued further without a paying partner. That was clear for over a year ago. Since MRK did not want to payfor it, ADXS may need to find some alternatives. MRK might be one of the three whales that holds The Bio Planet, however, we don't owe them anything and are free to explore outside them.
