I beg to differ

ie preferred have no voting rights ie no say in the company , they are like a silent partner in the company unless the company goes BK , and only then would the priority rules apply

since TEUFF is debt free they cant file BK so common shareholders still call the shots

that is how things work , the priority scheme can only occur thru a BK that cant happen due to zero debts of TEUFF
