Someone correct me if I’m wrong. But what I understood was - It’s an alternative reporting standard company, so audited fins are not required. However, the ceo has a Canadian address and Canada requires audited fins. Hence, the cto for Canadian traders. Don’t remember anything from the company about QB uplist...
