GRST potential mergers and acquisitions

Ethema Health and Royal Life Centers - GRST rents office space from Royal, they have discussed offers and transactions.. no current developments

This was stated in a PR around 6 months ago.

GRST new facility ARIA also houses the COVID Clear company ( BioHazard ) and they have an outstanding LOI to take a majority stake.

This deal has been mentioned a few times over the past 6 months. GRST also claims to have an offer to finance the purchase of COVID Clear stated on a PR from September.

GRST CEO owns real estate company and is on the board for a few others. The ARIA property at 950 Evernia in West Palm Beach is around 22,000 square foot with around 9,000 square foot lot. They could expand on this property or with the CEOs real estate expertise could expand ARIA to new properties.

Yesterday, the company added many major insurers to the list. Public documents show loans do not mature till after June and many debts are being paid off or have been in recent weeks.

GRST will go from close to nothing in revenues to many millions with estimates for this industry during early stages could average $50 - 100 million /year.

The company hired Dreamscape Marketing in June to help manage the advertising and ARIA website. The team at ARIA has been using social media and the webpages to market the facility and is looking great so far!

GRST has delivered and the best is yet to come..
