I believe some have reached out to the TMXN lawyer and was told that this is far from being over. Personally, I believe that they have gone through far too much for things to simply be over and they walk away as if things are over. I believe things are far from over.

Maybe "vacated" means that they are preparing things to present their matter to a higher authority or maybe they have some additional charges they want to consolidate with existing charges. Or, like what you had stated, maybe the defendant entered a plea. I think we will see fairly soon. A “vacated” or “scratched” hearing or case means that a court order or judgment has been cancelled or rendered void. Cases are sometimes vacated at the preliminary hearing stage which may mean that the formal charges were not filed or that the prosecutor has chosen to present it to the Grand Jury for indictment. They may also choose to vacate if additional charges are anticipated and they want to consolidate the matters.
