Im pretty confident Healthier Choice will leave the court room with good news followed by sweet & tasty 8k. Started digging around a month ago or so after buying the rumor at 2mill shares to find that PM has an extensive history of jacking patents where infringement seemingly sums up PMs forward looking statements for the last decade maybe longer lol. Most court case in the south east and some companies have multiple lawsuit at the same time against PM. Point is that's just another day at the office for the judges in that territory. Difference here is HCMC is actually NOT in the tobacco industry and clearly not some old time rival from the 1800s tobacco industry. They own a natty food store amongst several other HEALTH based subsidies for cryin out loud. Unlike the ole time rivals over at RJ Reynolds who also have a current lawsuit against PM relating to patent infringement on the very same IQOS product yet totally separate component than HCMC lol. After reading about the industry as a whole I'd also like to not that $3-4b ain't shyt, sounds like a lot for us retail folk but even at $1-4 after court is still not a high enough pps for NASDQ lol, $3bil ain't shyt, kinda hope they just cut us the check right right there after court like a casual traffic violation. Im feeling blue skies and ROCKETS for HCMC....
