What a bunch of bullshit, they were looking for two years????...Enersys and Monbat obviously knew each other for a long time both being mainly in the thin lead plate business. And notice Lithium Technology Corp. has not been mentioned and is pretty much wiped out of the history books since EAS was "acquired". I have stated this before. and.. I suppose Klaus Brandt just happen to stumble into Monbat unknowingly to Enersys. Maybe Dilo is looking for more licensing revenue. lol
