I lost $6000 investing this BLKCF crap when they claimed that they purchased millions of KODAK Coin in ICO back in 2018!


BLKCF only had several million stock at that time, however, they dump billions of stocks which coming out of nowhere to the market. They first did 1:2 stock split and then 10:1 reverse split split making original millions of stock several hundred thousand stock then they dump billions of stocks to dilute it. the stock price of BLKCF went all the way down to 0.5 cent last year (2020). Now due to the bitcoin bull run, they pump again beware, this stock is totally a scam!

I have already reported them to SEC (security exchange commission).
