I don’t see any filing about reorganization. They first have to get their financials current in order to get the stop sign off that would be an indication that they are serious of cleaning their act. That also is a requirement cuz the judge will review their filings so everything has to be current. Also they need to address the share structure A/S 20B O/S 14.2B looks like they need a massive RS right off the bat. They did a rs in 2016 yet the OS is so bloated.
