Why more players? Seems backwards to me.

Why not 1st player ready, to get going and let the Market come to you?
Once the Market is fluid (if that is the proper term), then more will come on-line.

Why wouldn't there be a market at a competitive price determined by Elk Creek Scandium Superpower?

Niobium and Titanium pays the bills and the availability of Scandium will find a Market!

Which Airline would not have wanted it 4 years ago? or Car/ Truck producer etc.
