Well they must have someone as they are making deals and selling products. We all know it’s not Bioamber as nobody works there and the Corp charter has been forfeited. Let’s also not forget the deal LCYB was going to make was not with BioAmber but with a Reverdia to use the same rights instead in the end decided not to pay the back royalties owed and went on their merry way. The deal was going to be with Reverdia not BioAmber. LCYB did not ask BioAmber to guarantee anything but again in the end decided not to pay Reverdia and instead is making their products using their yeast
