I wouldn't trust anything on OTCMarkets. They only report what is given to them. And in shady penny stock world....anything goes. Even misreporting the share structure.

Remember, this is a company that lies about its mines, its gold production, its Asian financiers, and even posted fake pictures of management on its website.

It's a sleazy pump and dump of the worst kind.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
