Just checked as I wasn't sure, but indeed Synergy does do updates whenever including Saturday and Sundays, so quite possible.

I would gather the call would have happened already or in process, I mean who wants to schedule calls for late on a Friday being that I imagine Allen is in the FLorida area, so no change in the L2 action does not indicate anything bad.

But I wonder if Ben would still go to court and fight Allen to gain custodianship regardless, Ben certainly has the experience and capital to win against someone that knows little about the process
