I keep on thinking of the sheer consequences if this RM does not go through. Currently no one has any actual damage because no information good or bad has been let out. But if the RM does not go through it will solidify peoples losses and actual damages given them legal reasons to pursue. One way or another I see CLX and all those big name partners being dragged into any possible litigation as a third-party. The discovery alone would be a nightmare for everyone involved. And that screenshot of JG’s desktop would be on the first request for production to see every single one of those files since now there’s proof they exist. JG stuck in a deposition being shown a picture of his desktop from the webinar would be “No bueno!”
