I'm flabbergasted by the volumen of trading today. Certainly, no one sold off that many shares in the event TOVC loses. I bet many investers expected a decision today. I know I did until I found out otherwise. So where on earth, I keep asking myself, are all today's shares coming from??
BTW, its not like there were a lot of other folks in the court room other than lawyers. I was the only guy not wearing a suit. I doubt anyone was getting blow-by-blow reports as the hearing was taking place. I don't normally make an issue of the "shorts" argument like some on this board but today's volume certainly would seem to be to be related to MM driving fear or shorts somewhere in the world trying to drive this one down.
