Here is what I would do--->

If I controlled SGMD.

I would acquire budcars (If BC even exists) I would reverse SGMD shares from 3 billion float -10,000% dropping the float from 3 billion to 300,000.

The remaining 8 billion would drop down to 800,000

Then I file to change the company name and a new ticker. If I decided not to cancel SGMD shares, I would probably just swap your new deflated shares with new budcars shares.

My goal would be to keep you in the stock and ready you for the cost average plan. If I cancelled your shares you would likely not buy into the new ticker. So I need you to stay assuring your cost average philosophy is implemented.

They started selling SGMD for $2 all the way down to $.001. (200,000,000 then increased to 10,000,000,000 as the price dropped) they make the same $ regardless of share price, they just increase the shares.

Historically it is time to make the switch to a new entity to start the process all over again.

The money SGMD raised will end up in a 3rd party non-affiliate company, let say $3,000,000.

If you own 1,000,000 shares in SGMD after the 10,000 RS you will own 100 shares in Budcars.

If you paid $.005 for the 1,000,000 shares = $5000 you would now own 100 shares that you have invested $50 per share. If you bought $250 worth of SGMD for $.01 you would own 25,000 shares that would be reduced to 2.5 shares costing you $100 per share (And so on).

if you own 9,999 shares after the RS you would not get the one fraction share just a check for $3.

If they DO and I say that with great reservation, but if they do take SGMD holders to the new budcars ticker after the RS and SGMD ticker cancelled. It would be close to owning the same, pretty much nothing with shares that cost you $50-$100 per share. But being into the new ticker, your hooked into the cost average plan.

The plan I believe will be budcars is issued a new ticker BUDC or ???? They issue more shares on the authorized and again add 10,000,000,000 to the issued same as they did with SGMD. The difference is, you all will own shares like you have now, shares you cannot sell other then at a loss.

Then when BUDC starts selling new BUDC shares for $3 guess what! You will buy more to cost average down your $50-$100 priced shares.

If you own 100 shares for $50 each ($5000) and you buy into the new pump $1000 at $3 you get 333 more shares. Now you own 433 shares you invested a total of $6000 that comes to only $13 per share far less than $50.

As the shares sell well at $3 they will say the 3rd party company with $3,000,000 will be bought 40% like they did with budcars and show that money on the PR news as revenue.

When the excitement winds down and the new ticker falls the same fate as SGMD let say that also tanks to $.001 like SGMD did.

You own 433 shares you cost averaged to $13 so now you buy another $2500 at $.001 and get 2,500,000 shares. Now you’re into the stock $8500 and you own 2,500,433 shares cost averaged to $.003 per share. Not far from the $.001 price they are trading at and your logic is:

“If it goes back to only $.004 you made money” but like SGMD is wont go back.

The OTC’s know this pattern, its guaranteed you will buy high and more for less and the endless shares will be at the ready to sell in the 10’s of billions of shares.

Why work at a business to make $5,000,000 with costs and regulation and compliance when you can just sell shares for $80,000,000+?

Marijuana just hits your HOT button figuring if people smoke pot they will make you rich. If that is the case, why did you all lose all your money on such a profitable business?

And for that matter the industry data says that for every acre of MJ based on $2000 per pound with comes to $1,000,000 annually, that comes to 500 pounds per year per acre. With 5 acres that is 2500 pounds annually, but they say they will yield 8000 pounds per year with the same 5 acres. That “IS” scientifically and physically impossible.

This just allows intent numbers to be inflated from $5,000,000 from actual data to $16,000,000 output that cannot be achieved not by guesswork but my physics. And that is if they even grow any or intend to grow any. Its not $5,000,000 till they make $5,000,000.

My buddy made a BUNDLE shorting this from $.18 on down. We know things. I’m just waiting in the wings for the next ticker that you are all conditioned to watch when it changes (hence the constant BUDCARS data) so it won't be new to you and you will all jump into the cost average on down to $.001. And you will tell friends and family that will further alienate your relatives when the hammer falls.

When that happens, well short from $3 on down to $.10 and exit. If I controlled SGMD this is exactly what I would do if my only goal were to make money.
