the same way that the pps is now in the .13's...existing shareholders buying and selling to each other...

rumors flying back and forth between them about news coming out "soon"...

the funny thing is, my understanding is that the necessary shares for the offering wont be available until around Feb 10th...and the whole idea apparently was to have the news benefit that money grab...

so why would any news come out this early?..what good does a rise in the pps do at this point?...

kim already stated that he believes the offering will be right about 13 cents...and that is the price those hedge funds are going to want to buy at...they will not care about any short term pop in the pps...if the pps pops to .25 or .40 or wherever, they are still only going to pay .13...

the only reason i can see for kim to raise the pps at this point, is to allow the hedge funds to short it back down to .13 and then cover their short position by buying the offering...

and then they will use kblb stock as their newest plaything for awhile...

either that or there really is no news coming right now since there is no real need for it...the news is needed in conjunction with the offering...and the offering cant happen until Feb..

at least thats how i see it...given the massive amount of info we have to work with...(lol)
