CRLBF : Cannabis wholesaler Cresco Labs raises $125M in share sale • 9:21 AM

Cresco Labs (OTCQX:CRLBF) closes previously announced offering of subordinate voting shares for gross proceeds of approximately $125M.

The entire offering was expected to be purchased by a total of seven new and existing institutional investors, including current shareholder Wasatch Global Investors.

Shares of the cannabis wholesaler are down 0.3% to $14.15 premarket.
