Devries is an American, he called the shots. Besides that the OSC (Canada) has done more than the SEC (US). If you bothered to do any research into penny scams you would know that Canada is used to scam in the states as any offshore place (canada is the most legit and close so used often). Don't blame Canada for your baholding.
