in the first time of my Ican/Ibcx history, I personally spoke to Ed Hayter himself ! we talked for about 25 minutes ...

first impression: can't help it: he is telling the truth NOW.

that is:

yes, the As is about 2 billion, the OS has not risen.
he said: the company is not diluting ! There is other financing going on.

once to the OTC BB, everybody can see and read what's the company worth (audited filings), pps will react accordingly...

current pps is a steal, way undervalued.
Ed claims not knowing what is going on with pps: shorting, MM manipulation or whatever

he said that shareholders at this point don't believe him or in the company and that's the ONLY REASON why this pps keeps dropping

but once to the BB, hold on tight, pps will go to its merits...
