That post is from the CFRI thread on HSM.

My recitation of "...this board controls the float..." or "..we control the float..." is because it was a constant refrain by a number of posters who were posting on both boards. I thought that it was an incredibly amusing claim when it was posted (and actually believed by the newbs) and mention it again as an example of pumper spew.
