murrayhill, murrayhill - take the advice of our moderators - don't worry what is said about you on a message board! It matters not. It's all opinion - good, bad, truth, lie - it's 'just' a message board!

Feel free to slander and/or liable the officers of the company. I'm told here that they are 'fair' game. I guess that extends to the rest of us, because again, it's just a message board! Isn't that great? Everything becomes dismissable based on opinion. I guess that is because no one really knows for certain what goes on in Poway? Let the speculation fly!

And here's another trick I've learned since I've been here - if you pose the statement as a question, you aren't really 'saying' anything - just asking a question. In that way, you can say things like "...if the company hasn't delivered, doesn't that mean that they are scamming investors with all this 'mystery' financing?" It also affords one the ability to tie up the board so that other opinions can refute and/or answer the questions.

Last but not least, be sure to cover your worst statements with the disclaimer - IMO - and any variation thereof. Really let's you off the proverbial hook.

BTW, it's innuendo - for accuracy's sake.
