the IBM debt is of very little concern if Blue really wanted to they can squash it like car payments are to me and you but this is how others make money as well

~bottom line THEY MAKE MONEY no one will walk away in fact its a reload time

~ bonus split newco
~ collect dividend along the way
~ add all the dips
