reason would be too many shares to sell by company. If MM buys at 0.00001 then they will sell to retailers in quadruple range.

I have never seen these much volume, this volume is all time high even it surpasses 2013-2014 penny bull run. In those days we use to have share structure in 1-2-3-5bily range. Now I see 10-20-30 or 70 billion lol. Supply of share is huge and so does the market- regardless trade these penny and make killing(:
