That was an incredibly useful post by Civ5 aka Mark who seems to be a securities attorney. Firstly, is DGF properly registered with FINRA? Does anybody know? Does anybody know where to look that up?

Secondly, if DGF was reluctant to open up the books to OWCP as Ziv Turner reported to MJMilo who then reported it to us, then perhaps they would be reluctant to have the SEC scrutinize their finances and business practices to the nth degree as well. I do not know.

Thirdly somebody has got to let our CEO Ziv Turner know about this last recent post by Civ5/Mark. I do not think that Ziv reads this board. Maybe Milo can inform him.
