I posted this 10/28/20, it’s a very strong possibility in the future for Heddle to try and some or all of the approximately $14 million he’s owed...



Heddle could issue himself a ton more shares, it’s his loans/debt that matters, not his current common stock holding...

If Heddles debt is $14 million he could issue himself 1.4 billion shares at a penny, then do a 1:1000 reverse split leaving himself 1.4 million shares and a clean shell with no debt...
