Yes - you are correct - FINCANN pulled out of the deal with GRNF, and for good reason !

If my memory serves me well;

Soon after the Letter of Intent was signed, the question of Integrity - of GRNF's CEO - became an issue, that left FINCANN no choice, but to cancel the agreement !

lucky for us, the relationship between FINCANN and Electrum Partners is solid - and . . .
