As far as we know...

Kid called in, sent a negative tweet causing panic. Kid did not mention that the judge is giving DGTW another shot with an alternative route UNTIL after the panic was realized.

CEO should have taken a different approach when replying to shareholders concerns. Seems as though he was defending the kids negative tweet.

Going forward....

$DGTW is still in this! With another shot at approval of subV sometime next week (tbd).
Even without subV they will get their POR approval, emerge from bankruptcy with commons intact, and get current!
