The term blue sky has nothing to do with how much the stock is up on the day, or whether people are flipping it or not. It has to do with the stock trading above all previous resistance levels, which $EGOC most certainly is today.
All resistance levels for the last year, anyway, which are the only ones that matter since it covers the time period from when Lazar filed for the custodianship.
You can go back years and chart when Energy 1 was still a company, but that's a waste of time to me. Support and resistance levels from then are as irrelevant to where we are now as whatever products they were trying to sell.
