It was 26 Calendar days between the two S-1A's.

If we don't see a third S-1A Ammendment (which is rare by the way) by February 1st, it is safe to say we are dead in the water. The S1 is a major condition of the "MASSIVE AQUISTION)!

Again, just my opinion, if the company followed through with the FORM 10 and its approval, the S1 would have a much better chance of getting approved because the SEC would have been dealing with a SEC Reporting Company.

This was a major blunder on Management's decision making!
