I don't need credibility because I do not simply offer my opinion and spew baseless statements. Example, the Triton deal with 166+ million shares priced at .006 waiting to get into the game is a fact. The big payday for debt holders is coming in my opinion.

We will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares of Common Stock by Triton. However, we will receive proceeds from our sale of shares to Triton pursuant to the CSPA and the Warrant Agreement. We will sell shares to Triton under CSPA, subject to the conditions listed therein, at a price equal to $0.006 per share. We will issue shares to Triton under the Warrant Agreement at a price equal to $0.01 per share.

"Triton has a financial incentive to sell our shares immediately upon receiving them to realize the profit between the purchase price and the market price. If Triton sells our shares, the price of our Common Stock may decrease. If our stock price decreases, Triton may have further incentive to sell such shares.
