There is not a single thing going on with this company, and this pump and dump was fabricated to exchange bagholders. Fisher investments made no change to that dead, $1K holding they had, and probably won’t because it is dead. That other filing is from 2016.

And one of their “officers” has another job he works at. So what?

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
