Bagholder’s exchange program in progress

So, they own, what, $4k of stock? So what? The company is completely dead, dark, defunct. The other “holding” is from 2016, and since they’ve bloated the O/S so much, even if they still had it, they’re no longer a beneficial owner.

Not a single disclosure since 2017 and no news whatsoever. Severely delinquent in their required financial reporting with the SEC.

This is just a cooked up pump and dump on meaningless information to dump some bags.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
