Just doing some quick research. Looks like the SPAC doesn’t necessarily buy the whole company. They can even buy an asset. Social Capital Hedosophia Holdings did a SPAC where they bought about half of Virgin Galactic. So, the $750 could make sense for half of Titan, or maybe just ENOS. Sounds like the SPAC speeds up the acquisition/ merger process, which makes sense. Interesting, but definitely speculation.
