They will not go back into production until the price of oil increases and stabilizes. My guess at $60.00 or more. This is heavy oil (would be selling at a discount to the $60.00) and with the shortage of pipeline capacity their cost for transportation would be higher. The positives are that they have a lot of oil in the ground and one plant already built on the JV property. The short time they were in production they beat their feasibility study by leaps and bounds. They will eventually go back into production,and I have accumulated a lot of shares at these prices. A few years ago I bought a bunch at .05 and sold a bunch of them in the .40.
