Curious as to why there has been no S-1 to register new shares. Reflecting on the 8K are we only going to see 1.5m to 3m added to OS and so no need for the S-1?

If so makes you wonder why the AS was increased by 200m.

Hearing rumors of an acquisition discussions on twitter.

All I know is 2021 is going to be stupendous and 2022 will make 2021 look lame.
